A rally outside U.S. District Court on State Street on Friday drew residents from around Hampden County in a show of support for Puerto Rico as it faces ongoing political upheaval.
Organizers said that many Massachusetts residents with Puerto Rican ties are frustrated with the governance of the island and want mainland officials to step in.
