Members of the New Hampshire Immigrant Solidarity Network and allied groups walked to Chichester as part of a group that went on to Dover, where ICE uses the Strafford County jail as a detention center for people it intends to deport.
The group started at South Congregational Church in downtown Concord, moved to the Rudman Federal Building and then began their walk down Main Street past the State House, then walked to Cole Gardens for a lunch break.
The walkers went on to the Speedway Gas in Chichester and rode back to Concord for a dinner and presentation on the immigration crisis by Arnie Alpert of the American Friends Service Committee at South Congregational Church.
