Local immigration advocates say the migrant crisis is not just in Mexico, but here in the states as well. San Diego Rapid Response Network says it’s at capacity. It hasn’t even started to help the migrants from this latest van. The network helps immigrants in the united states going through the asylum process. It provides shelter and resources for those people. It says the resources are running thin right now. the ACLU blames recent immigration policy changes for the sudden influx of migrants separate from that caravan.
