Hundreds of environmental advocates, San Bernardino residents and area union members are expected to attend a public hearing Thursday, Aug. 8, concerning the Eastgate Air Cargo Logistics Center bound for San Bernardino International Airport.
Set for 5:30 p.m. at Norton Regional Event Center, 1601 E. Third St., the hearing is required as part of the Draft Environmental Assessment, or Draft EA, process for the nearly 700,000-square-foot facility airport officials and master developer Hillwood Enterprises approved earlier this year.
