The 19th annual Garage Sale Bonanza, which opened Friday after a special preview event Wednesday, offers two more days of bargains and fun at the Old Armory Motor Pool Garage with proceeds going to the 11 charities that help citizens in a variety of ways. The event continues from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday, with a Chinese Action from 2-3 p.m. Sunday.
Volunteers spend April to July collecting donations, sorting, cleaning, merchandising, painting, repairing them to receive the highest prices possible.
