A local faith-based social justice coalition is raising concerns about the recent actions of immigration officials toward a Roseville man as he exited a sentencing hearing at the Ramsey County District courthouse last week.

Video footage posted to YouTube shows two men who initially refuse to identify themselves detain Carlos Urrutia shortly after a judge sentenced him July 26 to five years of supervised probation on one count of criminal vehicular operation while under the influence of alcohol.
