Former Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. was in Miami Wednesday, visiting organizations in the lead up to the 2020 general election process.He met with a group of representatives from local and statewide voting rights partners at the Miami office of the New Florida Majority.
The non-governmental and nonpartisan committee said it is “the first-ever strategic hub for a comprehensive redistricting strategy.” It has a four-part strategy that includes “advancing legal action, mobilizing grassroots energy, supporting reforms, and winning targeted elections.”
