Pastor Les Simmons spoke with KCRA on Saturday in response to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office announcing that the officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark will not be facing criminal charges.
Simmons has been working on issues related to the Clark case for nearly a year and is calling for change that he thinks would help the community heal.
