This week, Cincinnati City Council voted on its first-ever piece of bail reform legislation. I am proud to have sponsored this proposal and to have crafted it alongside three brilliant local attorneys: Dorianne Mason from the Ohio Justice and Policy Center; Wendy Calaway from the University of Cincinnati College of Law; and Jennifer Kinsley from NKU’s Chase College of Law.
