BRATTLEBORO — Daniel Quipp is a familiar face at municipal meetings, where he champions climate and energy causes. But he’s broadening his scope as he campaigns for a seat on the Select Board.

“I hope to be on the board as a voice for low- and lower-income folks and vulnerable populations like seniors and people experiencing homelessness and addiction,” he said. “And I think the town has taken the issue of homelessness, addiction and housing seriously but I think that it’s something that the town is going to need to continue to address.”
