Cleveland.com: SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — Faith leaders from across Ohio gathered in Springfield on Monday for a prayer service as the city waits for a federal court ruling on whether Temporary Protected Status for Haitians will continue. Clergy from Springfield, Cincinnati, and Cleveland Heights spoke and prayed alongside Haitian residents, whose legal status is set to expire Tuesday unless a judge intervenes.
“We pray for the best, but we’ll be prepared for the worst,” Haitian Support Center Director Viles Dorsainvil said.
