The group Faith in Indiana is calling on Gov. Eric Holcomb to take a stand against gun violence and hate speech.
Tuesday morning, the group will gather to pray and deliver a letter to the governor. In the letter they ask the governor to “denounce the ideology of white supremacy” and introduce gun safety measures in next year’s legislative session.
This comes after back-to-back mass shootings in California, Texas and Ohio in which more than 30 people were killed.
